1. Discovery Call with Alice
We get clear on your goals and lifestyle in this free 1:1 call. You'll chat with Alice and talk through what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go.

2. Strategy Session with Your Coach
Map out your game plan. Your chosen coach will guide you through a personalised timeline covering training, nutrition, habits and more, so you leave knowing exactly how you’ll get results.

3. Your Program Starts Now
Start strong. Access your custom plan in the Refine App, connect with your coach, and join a community of like-minded women all working toward the same goal.

The program runs for a minimum of 12 weeks, designed to give you the structure, time and support you need to see real changes.
All inclusive coaching
$99per week
- 12-week commitment, then week-to-week for as long as you like
- New workouts every 4 weeks (4 x 3-week blocks)
- 3-5 sessions/week tailored to your goals
- Weekly check-ins: weight, measurements, photos
- Weekly thorough loom check ins from your coach
- Custom macros/calories (meal plans, food diary, macros depends on the client and their history)
- Private group chat
- 24/7 support via personal messaging (form videos, voice memos, daily accountability)
- Onboarding call to cover everything before you start

Sam brings both education and experience, holding a Bachelor of Nutrition Science and years of empowering women to reach their fitness goals. Her method is grounded in evidence-based training and long-term strategy, designed to help you build muscle, increase strength, and develop lasting confidence in the gym.
Specialising in glute growth and body recomposition, Sam is the perfect coach to achieve your long-term goals.
Sam empowers her clients to push past their limits and stay consistent. Her approach is clear, intentional, and results-driven, meeting you where you’re at and guiding you forward with purpose, whether you’re new to lifting or ready to level up.

Coach Tash, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist & Women’s Health Specialist
Tash brings lived experience and deep expertise into every session. As a mum, she knows firsthand how challenging it can be to feel strong in your body again, especially postpartum. That’s why she’s passionate about helping women rebuild both physically and mentally.
Holding a Master’s in Female Health, Cert III & IV in Fitness, and credentials in nutrition, she specialises in strength training, fat loss, booty-building, and pre/postnatal coaching.
Her goal? To help you train with confidence, build a healthy relationship with food, and feel powerful in your skin, at every stage of life.
